Sally Balmer suddenly passed away at Wigan Royal Albert Edward Infirmary on the 12th July 2024 aged 76, with her family at her side.
Sally a devoted Wife to the Late Alan, a much loved Mam to Alan, Barbara and Janet, a loving Mother-in-Law, Sister, Aunty and a proud Grandma, and Great Grandma GG who will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
